Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris—Sporty and Traditional
With its Polaris line, the traditional Jaeger-LeCoultre brand adds a sporty watch to its elegant range of watches. The stainless steel version with its relatively large diameter of up to 42 millimeters is a nod to the history of the Jaeger-LeCoultre brand as the company launched a diving watch called the Memovox Polaris as early as 1968. Today, the line includes numerous models, which bear names such as Polaris Automatic, Polaris Chronograph and Polaris Chronograph with World Time function.
The Many Faces of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris Sports Watch
The role model for the design of the current Polaris line is the original Memovox Polaris from 1968, which gives the dial a special depth thanks to the different ring-shaped structures. A second crown at ten o'clock, whilst distinctive also allows the inner rotating ring to be adjusted. The stainless steel cases are multi-faceted thanks to the fact that some parts are brushed and some parts are polished. The Jaeger-LeCoultre Polaris can be worn for any occasion with an elegant black or brown leather strap. Or, you can decide to wear it with a rubber strap, for a more sporty look. The different models are all water-resistant to 20 bar.
